Introduction
The Business Certificate in Higher Education is a one-year programme of study designed to introduce students to the foundations of contemporary business. During the programme students are introduced to key elements of business, including economics, finance, marketing, and organisational behaviour.
Modules
All Level 1 modules of the BA (Hons) Business Studies programme must be successfully completed for the award of the Certificate of Higher Education in Business Studies. The programme has been designed to give students the opportunity, upon completion, to progress directly into Level 2 of the full degree programme.

Career Opportunities
This programme is designed to provide successful students with the opportunity to progress directly on to one of our full degree programmes. Business Studies graduates may go on to work in e-commerce, financial management, retail management, human resources, and marketing, among other sectors. Lincoln graduates have gone on to work for organisations including IBM, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar Land Rover, Siemens, and Anglian Water.
