The University of Lincoln International College offers university preparation courses for international students who do not meet the direct entry requirements for an undergraduate degree course.

Application Process
The majority of full-time undergraduate degree applications should be submitted through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).
The deadline for applications depends on the course you wish to study. Applications to undertake a medicine degree in September 2022 should reach UCAS by 15 October 2021. Applications for all other full-time undergraduate degrees starting in autumn 2022 should typically be made between 7 September 2021 and 26 January 2022 - known as the UCAS 'equal consideration deadline'.
After the end of June, any new applications will automatically be entered into Clearing. Some students may also be eligible to apply through UCAS Extra, which opens on 25 February 2022. This provides an extra choice for applicants who have already applied to universities through UCAS but are not holding any current offers.

Compose Your Research Proposal (Research Candidates Only)
If you are applying for a research course such as an MPhil or PhD, you will need to submit a copy of your research proposal alongside your application. As part of your proposal, we recommend that you include the following topics:
Please ensure that you inform us of any visa refusals that you have previously received when you submit your application.
As stated in the University’s Admissions Terms and Conditions, if it is discovered that your application contains material inaccuracies or fraudulent information, or that significant information has been omitted from your application form (for example, previous visa refusals), the University may withdraw or amend your Offer, or terminate your registration at the University. In such circumstances, any deposit paid by you will be retained by the University.
Once you have submitted your application, this will be considered by the University.
Depending on the course you have applied for, you may be invited to take part in an interview. You may also be asked to provide examples of your work prior to receiving a decision on your application.
If you are applying for a research course, your proposal and application will be considered by the relevant School. As part of the decision making process, you may be asked to provide additional information or invited to take part in an interview.
