- Food manufacturing hall
- Food microbiology and food chemistry analytical labs
- An information and communication technology (ICT) suite

Holbeach Campus encourages innovation and knowledge transfer by engaging its people and resources in partnership with local companies to undertake technical projects tackling some of the challenges facing the food industry today. These projects include new product development and food testing.
The campus is non-residential and offers high quality part-time and distance learning courses to students who are engaged in full-time employment. The courses range from Bachelor's degrees to specialist short courses accredited by professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. A range of business management options including postgraduate courses are an integral part of the curriculum.
The well-qualified team at Holbeach has worked at all levels in the food industry and the teaching programmes are informed by the close association between the campus and local companies – from large multinationals to niche market producers. Many of the courses provided at Holbeach can be delivered on-site at students’ place of employment.
