Top folk singer to play Engine Shed


Folk singer Seth Lakeman has added his name to the busy calendar of musical talent performing at the University of Lincolnís Engine Shed this autumn.


Tickets are now on sale for the gig which will include special guests. The show takes place on Friday 24 October and is part of Lakemanís largest headline UK tour to date.


Lakeman has been credited with taking folk music to a whole new audience as his new album ĎPoor manís heavení reached at number 8 in the UK album chart last month.


West Country born Seth is widely known by fans of the folk genre for his engrossing lyrics and his rhythmic, urgent performances.
