David Parsons, Chief Executive of the ICS, visited the university today (Wednesday) to present a membership certificate to the Vice Chancellor, Professor David Chiddick.

The awards are designed to help customer service practitioners develop personal effectiveness in a way which will improve their performance in delivering customer service.
ICS membership can also act as a powerful cultural tool, signalling the commitment of the member organisation to deliver excellent customer care at all levels.
The ICS is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1997. Its members include over 130 leading private sector organisations including BT, British Airways and Tesco and around 40 local authorities including Lincolnshire County Council.
