Students interested in taking a degree course in Hull will have the opportunity to check out the facilities and courses on offer at the Hull School of Art and Design and the Hull School of Architecture this month.

The event will take place at the University of Lincoln’s Hull City Centre Campus on George Street on Wednesday 20th February and is designed to give prospective students and their families an insight into university life.

Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to academics about their chosen subjects and receive advice on accommodation and funding, and current students will be on hand to give tours of the campus.

“Our open days are always well attended,” said a university spokesman.  “We want to encourage local people young and not-so-young to attend the days and experience at first hand the facilities and courses we offer.”

The open day is to be held from 10.30am to 3pm and is aimed at students interested in the following courses:
