A graduate had such a great time studying at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside that he took a job which will enable him to continue his education at the Lincoln campus.

Management graduate Andrew Baxter, of Kirkby-on-Bain, near Woodhall Spa, turned down positions at two major banks to take a training post at McKechnie Plastics near Wragby.

In his new supervisory role, Andrew will join the firm’s graduate training scheme while taking a Master of Business Administration course part-time at the Lincoln campus.

“When I have completed the MBA programme I would like to do a PhD,” said Andrew. “I had a great time at ULH, the School of Management was excellent and I look forward to continuing my studies there while working at McKechnie Plastics.”

Andrew will graduate at the Lincoln ceremony on 8th July with a 2:1 degree.
