Undergraduate Open Days

Your Open Day Guide

Saturday 27 September 2025

We hope you enjoy your visit to our Brayford Pool Campus here in the heart of the beautiful city of Lincoln. Our Open Days are a chance to get a sense of what it’s like to be a student at the University of Lincoln and discover why thousands of students fall in love with Lincoln each year.

Parking

Visitors to our Open Day are welcome to park at the University’s Boulevard Car Park (LN6 7DQ). However, please note that spaces here are limited and tend to fill up quickly, typically by 9.15am. For additional parking on campus, the Joseph Banks Laboratories Car Park (LN6 7DL) is also available.

Alternatively, there are several pay-and-display parking options nearby, including discounted parking at Lucy Tower Street (LN1 1XL) and Tentercroft Street (LN5 7DB). We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure a smooth arrival experience. Find out more about parking discounts.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We are unable to offer EV charging on the day at either of our University car parks (Boulevard Car Park, LN6 7DQ, and Joseph Banks Laboratories Car Park, LN6 7DL). However, there are various carparks around the University with EV charging points. For information about charging points around the city, please see the Lincoln City Council website.

Browse our interactive University of Lincoln Open Day map to find registration points, car parks, campus buildings and accommodation. You will also be given a campus and city map when you register at one of our welcome points.

Timetabled Activities

Learning more about your preferred course is an important part of an Open Day. We recommend prioritising your timetabled subject talks and activities, then using free time to fit in other elements of your day, such as attending general talks, visiting our Information Zone, or taking a campus tour. Don’t forget you can also visit our subject stands in the Subject Hubs at any point throughout the day, where you can chat with our academic staff and students to learn more about the course and ask questions.
