St Marks

St Marks is the newest University-managed accommodation, situated close to our Brayford Pool Campus and just a short walk from the city centre. With a large Morrisons supermarket opposite and a retail park nearby with shops such as Homesense and a Starbucks, students can easily do their regular shopping, iced coffee in hand. St Marks has a friendly ‘student village’ community feel that makes it a popular choice year on year. This is enhanced by the outdoor communal areas frequently used for studying and socialising in the warmer months.

In total, there are 1,372 rooms available, all en-suite, across 10 blocks with the average apartment hosting 10-12 single-occupancy bedrooms. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and all rooms are fully furnished with a three-quarter size bed, wardrobe, desk, and drawers. En-suite rooms include a shower, basin, and toilet. Some apartments have rooms specifically designed for students with disabilities.

Applying for accommodation at Lincoln is simple. If you have accepted Lincoln as your firm choice on UCAS for 2025 entry, you can now apply for your accommodation through our online booking portal. You may need to allow up to 24 hours after you have accepted your offer before making your application. During your application, you'll be able to highlight any specific requirements you may have, such as room location preference, housemates, or whether you're looking to live with like-minded flatmates.
