Formerly Headmaster of Lincoln Minster School, Mark is now an Education Consultant working closely with leadership teams in schools and colleges offering support in all areas of school leadership, operations and innovation. Mark is also a Trustee and Non-Executive Director of the Woodcote Academy Trust.
Richard Wills has wide experience of managing local government services gained in Cornwall and Lincolnshire county councils. Richard graduated from Leeds University in 1978 and trained under agreement with Cornwall County Council to become a chartered civil engineer in 1982. He has spent most of his career in highways, waste management and economic regeneration.
Tom became a Partner at gunnercooke LLP in April 2020 offering business advisory and consultancy services across the midlands and throughout the UK. For more than 5 years, Tom had previously been Chief Executive at Simons Group (a privately-owned property solutions business with design, development and construction capability).
Urs Hauenstein is the Volunteer President of the International Council of Leadership, Governance, Entrepreneurship and Management (ICLGEM), the Association of Swiss Quality Competencies and Qualifications (SQCQ), the Institute of Competencies and Qualifications in Switzerland and the International Network for Accreditation, Recognition and Dissemination in UK (INARD). In these functions he serves as well as Distinguished Visiting Professor in different Colleges / Universities in Eastern Europe and UK.

Ben Hill is part of the Senior Leadership team at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd based in Lincoln and is responsible for Global Sales and Project Execution. Ben is originally from Lincoln and has worked for Siemens for over 20yrs since graduating from Huddersfield University.
