At Lincoln, we know that choosing a place to live is a vital part of your university experience and we would love for you to continue to stay with us. To help you with this, the University of Lincoln Accommodation Services Team are offering a discount on selected University-managed accommodation.
Available for 2023/24 entry, as a returning fulltime student, you may be eligible for a discount on the annual fee of rooms within St Marks, 179 High St, Viking House, Valentine Court, and Lincoln Courts.
Depending on how long you have stayed in University-managed accommodation, these discounts can offer qualifying students up to a 20 per cent reduction from University of Lincoln managed student accommodation published tariffs, as outlined below.
- Students applying for their second year of accommodation will be offered a 10 per cent discount off the weekly fee
- Students applying for their third stay at accommodation with us will be offered a 15 per cent discount off the weekly fee
- Students applying for their fourth and any further stays of accommodation with us will be offered a 20 per cent discount off the weekly fee
FAQs
When is the discount available?
The discount is available, subject to eligibility, for all full-time UK Home and International fee-paying students enrolled on a University of Lincoln undergraduate course, for the 2023/24 academic year, who have previously lived in University-managed accommodation and completed a full contractual agreement.
How do I apply for the discount?
The discount will be applied automatically for eligible undergraduate students who accept an offer of a tenancy at one of the participating accommodations. This is a room-limited offer, meaning that early application is advised to avoid disappointment.
