We hand-pick global and local industry speakers along with University academics to explore a range of themes. Summer 2019 - The Future of Work is Now
This event sought to explore the various factors that are changing the modern workplace. We enjoyed talks from Helen Bryant, who made us consider how ready we think we are vs how ready we really are for the upcoming changes. Followed by, Jeremy Blain, CEO and Founder of PerformanceWorks International, who took us through the five forces driving this rapid change.

Spring 2019 - Business Beyond Boundaries
This event focused on how businesses can grow and expand beyond their current region and size, and break down existing barriers. Speakers included local businesses with global reach, international speakers and academics with insights into how we work with other cultures.

Autumn 2018- Building a Winning Team Culture
This event focused on how businesses can develop an engaging and supportive culture using lessons from the sporting world. Speakers included, Guy Richardson, Former Manager of Scottish Rugby, Liam Scully, CEO, Lincoln City Football Club and Dr. Hanya Pielichaty, Principal Lecturer, University of Lincoln.

Winter 2019 - Leading from the Front Line
This event, held at RAF Waddington hosted a variety of keynote speakers including Rory Underwood, former RAF Officer and England Rugby star along with Deputy Vice Chancellor, Major General (Retd) Julian Free CBE who led the audience through the similarities between the military and the world of business and what unites the two, sharing many examples of good practice along the way.

Autumn 2021 - Leading Innovation and Resilience – Insights from the health care system
On the 15th September 2021, The Lincoln International Business School was delighted to deliver its first face to face LIBS Connect event since the start of the pandemic. The focus of innovation and resilience within health care drew a strong audience who were delighted to participate and network once again.
