Lincoln is regarded as one of England’s great historic cities and we’re proud to call it our home. Our Brayford Pool Campus is located in the heart of the city-centre, meaning there’s so much to do right on your doorstep. Whether you want to take a stroll in the historic Bailgate Area, immerse yourself in culture, eat out at one of the many restaurants, pubs, or bars, in the city, or enjoy the great outdoors. Nearly everything is within a short walk of our campus.

We have invested around £400 million over the past two decades to create an environment that is designed around the needs of our students. From our centrally located student wellbeing hub and medical centre, to a range of sports and fitness facilities, and social spaces, our Brayford Pool campus is home to much more than just lecture halls.
Our Students’ Union (SU) puts you at the heart of student life at Lincoln. As an independent organisation run on behalf of all University of Lincoln students, the SU offers representation, support, and a range of exciting activities and events to help make your time here a truly unforgettable experience. There are more than 100 different sports clubs and societies available for you to join whilst studying at Lincoln. Getting involved is a great way to meet fellow students and to try something new.
The University’s Great Central Warehouse Library gives you access to more than 260,000 journals and 750,000 print and electronic books, as well as databases and specialist collections. The library is open seven days a week at key times during the academic year, so is available when you need it most.
Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of our on-campus Sports Centre, complete with a well-equipped gym, fitness classes, and facilities like five-a-side football pitches, hockey pitches, squash courts, and basketball courts.
We understand that studying in the UK might be a little different to what it is like in your home country. Our dedicated International College offers a wide range of programmes and services to help you prepare for that transition in a supportive and friendly environment.

We are proud to offer an extensive range of scholarships to help as many students as possible to benefit from studying in the UK. Our international scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students range from £1,000 to 50 per cent of tuition fees. We also offer a range of scholarships for those pursuing a research degree.
