Valentine Court is a University-managed development providing townhouse style apartments catering for between six and 13 students. It is located to the south of the Brayford Pool Campus, approximately a seven-minute walk from the University. The complex is next to Valentine Retail Park which houses shops such as TK Maxx and Asda Living, with a large Morrisons close by.

Valentine Court is made up of 70 apartments with a total of 469 furnished student bedrooms, all with en-suites comprised of a shower, basin, and toilet. The single-occupancy bedrooms, which include three-quarter size bed, wardrobe, desk, and drawers, are arranged over three floors and residents share a spacious kitchen, dining, and lounge area on the ground floor. The modern, well-equipped apartment style houses create a friendly atmosphere of communal living. Valentine Court offers limited permit parking for an additional cost and for cars only. Some apartments have rooms specifically designed for students with disabilities.

The apartments at Valentine Court are a townhouse style, which makes it feel more like a house than a standard apartment. It may sound strange, but another reason for choosing Valentine Court was the washing machines. Having a washer in the flat is so handy and a lot cheaper. Parking is the cherry on the cake. You can pay for a permit and park your car outside your apartment, which is amazing!
