Originally from Lincoln, Ben has worked with Siemens for more than 20 years in the UK and overseas, including roles in Australia and Sweden. Alongside his role on the Advisory Board, he is Chair of Governors at a local school and supports collaborative projects between Siemens and the University of Lincoln.
