Collecting Your Student ID Cards
Here you can find out more about when and where you can collect your University of Lincoln student ID card.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught
Please note that you can only collect your Student ID card two days after your photo has been approved. Your card will be available for you to collect on campus. *International Students only* — You must be fully enrolled before you can collect your card. Please allow two days from the date you receive an email from the University confirming that you are fully enrolled on your course before collecting your card.
Details about the times and locations are as follows:
- Saturday 16 September 2023 and Sunday 17 September 2023 — The student ID card collection desks will be located on the ground floor of the Stephen Langton Building between 11am and 6pm.
- Monday 18 September 2023 until Friday 6 October — Monday to Friday only from the ground floor of the Stephen Langton Building between 10am and 4pm.
- Monday 9 October 2023 until Friday 13 October 2023 – the Student Support Centre located on the ground floor of the Minerva Building.
Postgraduate Research

National Centre for Food Manufacturing
If you do not receive your card within 2 weeks of your course start date, please email holbeachadmin@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.
Short Courses (any course that lasts 6 months or less)
If you are eligible for a Student ID card and do not receive your card within 3 weeks of your course start date, please email studentsupport@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.
Work-based Distance Learning
If you do not receive your card within 3 weeks of your course start date, please email studentsupport@lincoln.ac.uk to arrange card collection.
