The University of Lincoln Developing Futures Scholarship is designed to help support students from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Cyprus.

Who is it for?

For programmes commencing in 2022/23, the University of Lincoln is delighted to offer the Lincoln Developing Futures Scholarship to prospective undergraduate, postgraduate taught or postgraduate research applicants who are a national of, or have permanent residence in, one of the following countries:
Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Cyprus.

Scholarship Amount:

The Lincoln Developing Futures Scholarship is valued at £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount in the first year of their studies.

Selection Criteria

In order to be eligible to receive the Lincoln Developing Futures Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

- Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, or Cyprus

- Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time undergraduate, postgraduate taught or postgraduate research programme commencing in 2022/23. Students intending to join a postgraduate taught or postgraduate research programme require a minimum grade of 2:2 or equivalent in a recognised bachelor’s degree in order to be eligible to receive the scholarship.

In addition to meeting the above criteria, students must have applied to the University of Lincoln prior to the relevant deadline outlined below.

For programmes commencing in September/October 2022:
Wednesday 1 June 2022

For programmes commencing in January/February 2023:
Friday 16 December 2022
