If your tuition fees are not paid by a sponsor or student finance, you will need to pay them yourself. Whether you are paying in full or setting up an approved payment plan either option needs to be completed within 21 days of enrolment. If you do not complete this step your right to study may be affected as outlined in the University General regulations.
Please refer to any correspondence you may have received in relation to Tuition Fees for the amount you will be expected to pay.

Using our partner system, WPM, you will be able to pay your tuition securely in full using the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Electron.
Using our partner system, Flywire, you will be able to pay your tuition securely in full using the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. By using Flywire you will have the option of paying in your home currency. You simply enter the GBP value that you have been asked to pay, choose the country that you’re paying from and the system will convert this to your home currency*.

Please note: If you are being sponsored, your sponsor can also pay online. They will need your student number, and date of birth. This ensures any payment is correctly assigned to your University account.

You can arrange a payment plan so that you can pay in instalments. The maximum number of monthly instalments you can arrange is 9. These must be consecutive monthly instalments starting in the month you enrol.
For September enrollers to set up your instalment plan using one of the card types above, please visit our Tuition Fee Pathway and select payment in instalments, call the Finance Department on 01522 803120 or visit us on the 3rd Floor of the Minerva Building.

Information on making a payment via bank transfer (*in your home currency).
Using our partner system, flywire, you will be able to arrange a bank transfer in GBP and track it’s delivery to the University. For further information or to set up your bank transfer, please visit our UK Bank Transfer site.
Using our partner system, flywire, you will be able to arrange a bank transfer in your home currency taking advantage of the lowest exchanges rates we could find. Although most currencies are available, *where payment in your home currency is not available or desired, flywire can also be used to process bank transfers in GBP Sterling, simply choose the GBP option from the list of available payment options.
