A Shared Vision

As a member of the Santander Universities Global Division, the University of Lincoln forms part of an international network of more than 1,200 higher education institutions in over 20 countries which share three common goals; internationalisation, transfer of knowledge and fostering of entrepreneurial skills.

At Lincoln, Santander provides funding support for students and academics, giving them access to international scholarships, mobility awards and research grants as well as a programme of internships with local businesses to help develop business and entrepreneurial skills.

The Santander SME Internship Funding Scheme provides funding to support Lincoln students and graduates gain vital work experience.

Scholarships Scholarship Awards

Santander offers scholarship awards to current students to help fund study or research at a member institution in the Universities Network.

New Travel Globe Mobility Awards

Santander offers mobility awards to help postgraduate research students gain experience at another institution in the international Santander Universities network.

Entrepreneur Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Support

Santander supports entrepreneurs in a variety of ways, including an annual business pitching competition which gives student and graduate business ventures a financial boost.

This relationship creates new opportunities to pursue research and collaborate with academic colleagues around the world, funds international student scholarships, and gives students the chance to develop their CVs and gain valuable workplace experience with small and medium sized businesses.
