As we face the unprecedented challenge of the coronavirus pandemic, the University of Lincoln community is working together, and with its partners in the City, to support students, staff and alumni. The University has been following closely the advice from Public Health England, government departments, and national bodies, with measures to support social distancing including the delivery of teaching and learning online. Unfortunately this has also necessitated the postponement or replacement of all of our public events, including open days and schools visits, with online activities. We will continue to keep you updated as things progress. In the meantime we would like to thank you for your support of the University of Lincoln and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Coming soon we have a range of different events, including a London Alumni Reception, a Lincoln Reunion and the First Thursday Club, this is an informal networking event exclusively for University of Lincoln Alumni featuring a different fascinating guest speaker each time. Held on the first Thursday of selected months, these events offer a chance to catch up with old friends, make new connections, and find out about opportunities support the University.
Past international events have been held in Hong Kong, Athens, Berlin, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, and Chongqing. Locations for alumni events in the UK have included MediaCity in Manchester, the National Liberal Club, Santander headquarters in Regent's Place, and the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London.
