Accommodation Guarantee Terms
Accommodation Services will guarantee a room in accommodation for all first-year students, when meeting the following criteria:
- Accept offer of a place on a course at the University of Lincoln
- Apply for accommodation, via the booking portal, by midnight on Sunday 31 August 2025 (Inclusive of Home, EU, and International Students)
- Accept your accommodation licence/tenancy agreement and the terms and conditions by the deadline given in your residential offer letter (usually five days of receiving the offer)
