Resilient Lincolnshire is an initiative developed by the Lincoln International Business School and the Centre for Organisational Resilience. The aim is to engage meaningfully with businesses during these uncertain times.
We want to connect with and support our local business community within Lincolnshire, providing educational learning opportunities and showcasing best practice with all partners and collaborators.
The challenge is to advance despite adversity and this is something most businesses will face at some point in their lifecycle. We are here to help them understand some of these challenges while sharing experiences from within the business community via two key strands: our Business Beyond The Curve Interview Series, and our Executive Education Webinar Series.
We will continue to develop and expand our help and support for businesses. The opportunity to take on a work placement student or create efficiencies within an organisation through consultancy, research, or via management knowledge transfer partnerships, can be facilitated by Lincoln International Business School.
Our key objectives are closely aligned to the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Project (GLLEP) and its key strategic themes and priorities. This is underpinned by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), demonstrating a responsible and ethical approach to the way we conduct business and carry out our teaching and research.
The ‘Tedder Talks’ are recorded 20-minute interviews with leading figures in business, academia, and the military. The discussions for each series of talks focus on a particular topic of leadership. They were recorded by a professional film crew from the Graphics and Photography unit at the RAF College Cranwell.
The Series One interviews, conducted in partnership with Lincoln International Business School, looked at a number of themes including how businesses and business leaders can adapt to a changing workforce and work environment.
