Entry Requirements

Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry onto year one of an undergraduate degree:

  • Successful completion of the General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawiahiya) and a recognised Foundation course
  •  You may also be considered if you hold a two year Post Tawjiahiya from a Higher Technical Institute or Commercial Institute



  • Students who have completed A-Levels need to have achieved 3 at grades A-C (see specific course details for exact requirements) 
  • Between 27 and 34 International Baccalaureate (IB) points depending on the course you wish to apply for. Specific information on IB requirements can be found on individual undergraduate course pages
  • Students who have completed SATs – please refer to the United States of America country page for a more detailed breakdown of requirements


Advanced Entry (Undergraduate)

Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course.

Postgraduate Taught (e.g. MA/MSc)

Prospective students from Saudi Arabia require one of the following:


  • Successful completion of a 4 year bachelor degree from a recognised Saudi University with an average of ‘good’ or grade point average 2.8/4 or 3.2/5 or 65% (these are equivalent to a UK 2:2 grade).
  • We also accept students with a 3 year UK bachelor degree.




Postgraduate Research (e.g. MPhil/PhD)


MPhil/PhD applicants require a master degree as well as a Bachelor degree.

English Language Requirements

Applicants will require:

  • IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score)
  • Pearson Tests Overall score: 54 (Listening: 51, Speaking: 51, Reading 51, Writing 51)

Tuition Fees
