Introduction
The Events Management Certificate in Higher Education is a one year programme of study designed to introduce the foundations of contemporary events management. Students are introduced to the broad subject areas that feed into the organisation and management of events. These include advertising, the experience economy, and marketing.
Modules
All Level 1 core modules, and two Level 1 optional modules of the BA (Hons) Events Management programme must be successfully completed for the award of the Certificate of Higher Education. The programme has been designed to provide students with the opportunity, upon successful completion, to progress directly into Level 2 of the full degree programme.
