Visitors to the Lincolnshire Show this year will get a taste of the courses on offer at the University of Lincoln’s Riseholme Park campus.
The university’s annual display will feature a garden and pond, tractors and horse jumps made out of raw forestry materials.
The university’s marquee will mainly focus on courses offered at Riseholme including Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Management, Equine Science, Woodland and Countryside Management, Forestry and Arboriculture.
University staff and students will be on hand to talk to visitors about the courses offered at the Lincolnshire School of Agriculture.
There will be an information stand where you can find out more about opportunities at the university.
Information will also be available on the Lincolnshire Regional Access Centres which the university helped to set up.
The University of Lincoln will be at the 2004 Lincolnshire Show at Avenue 10 Stand 238 on 23rd and 24th June.
“This is a great opportunity for visitors to the county’s show to find out about courses on offer at the University of Lincoln, particularly those wishing to follow a career in the land-based industry,” said John Trigg, senior FE lecturer in Animal Equine.
