A season of classical concerts by internationally acclaimed musicians continues at The Lawn this weekend with a performance from the Haffner Wind Ensemble.
The performance, on Sunday 30th November, is the second concert in the University of Lincolnís International Concert Series.
The Haffner Wind Ensemble have established a position as the foremost wind quintet in the UK and will present a programme ideal for young people, including Berioís Opus Number Zoo in which the musicians act as well as play.
The ensemble is regularly heard on BBC Radio 3 and has toured extensively throughout the UK and overseas including appearances at major festivals such as Aldeburgh, Cheltenham, Bath, Stockholm and the Proms.
The concert will begin at 3.45pm at The Lawn after a pre-concert talk at 3pm.
