Twelve managers from Lincolnshire County Council have signed up for a management development course at the University of Lincoln.
The managers will follow a nine-month course delivered mostly on campus and will work towards a postgraduate certificate in Management.
Lincolnshire County Council and the university launched its partnership last spring when the first students enrolled on the programme. Managers from North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire Councils are also taking part this year.
“This is the second joint partnership between Lincolnshire County Council and the university’s Faculty of Business & Management,” said Jill Collinson, who is co-ordinating the course at the university.
“The first programme has just been completed very successfully and feedback from the council was very positive.
“The council has identified tangible results in line with its own organisational development objectives.”
