The University of Lincolnshire & Humberside is to launch the widely recognised CIM Advanced Certificate in Marketing.
The qualification is run by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the world’s leading professional marketing organisation, and is being launched at the Lincoln campus from 19th February.
The Advanced Certificate in Marketing is a practical hands-on qualification and is widely recognised by marketing professionals. Students can progress to the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and eventually to an MA in Marketing.
The course is designed for those who are degree-qualified or who have marketing experience. The university already offers marketing degrees at both Hull and Lincoln campuses.
"This is great news for the university," said Caroline Hardiman, university spokeswoman. "We have received so many enquiries regarding the course it’s excellent that we are now able to offer it."
The one-year course will run for two evenings per week, from 6.00pm to 9.00pm (evenings are to be confirmed), and costs 630pounds.
The university is holding an enrolment evening at the Lincoln campus in the Atrium on Monday 12th February.
