On-Campus Teaching Days

On-campus Teaching Days

New students are strongly encouraged to attend an On-campus Teaching day which takes place at the University of Lincoln. Refreshments will be provided.

Joining details will be provided shortly after the Application deadline. Attendance is not compulsory as a WBDL degree is designed for students who are unable to visit the University Campus. A Teaching day gives new students the opportunity to meet with teaching and administrative staff and to gain an appreciation of the University Campus and associated facilities.

A Teaching day will include the issuing of University identification/Library cards, an introductory Library session. You will receive advice on what is expected as you progress through your Degree programme. You will sit in on tutorials providing tips and advice on how to succeed in your studies, including what we expect to see in your assignments.

Your module Tutors will work closely with you to provide the support you need to succeed.Teaching days are based on the particular course code onto which a student enrols.

Please note that these Teaching days do fill up fast. A place will only be reserved once we have received your completed Application form and the associated supporting documentation.
