To help you prepare, the following information provides guidance on the entrance requirements you will need to meet, alongside further information in support of your application.
Prospective students from Indonesia are required to meet the following University of Lincoln entrance requirements:
Students who have successfully completed SMU 2 at grade 6.5 or SMU 3 at grade 6 (4 relevant subjects are required) to be eligible for Lincoln’s International Study Centre Foundation Programme.

Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry into year one of an undergraduate degree:
-Successful completion of a recognised International Foundation Course
-Between 27 and 34 International Baccalaureate (IB) points depending on the course you wish to apply for. Specific information on IB requirements can be found on the individual course page.
-Diploma 1 (D1) with a minimum GPA of 2.8
-Students with the first year of an Indonesian degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8 will be considered for Level 1 entry.
-Holders of Diploma 2 (D2) and Diploma 3 (D3) with a GPA of at least 3.0 may be considered for advanced entry (Level 2 and Level 3 respectively) on a case-by-case basis.
Advanced Entry (Undergraduate)
Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course. For more information, please contact the International Admissions Team: firstname.lastname@example.org
Entry requirements for postgraduate (master degree) programmes vary by course although typically range from Sarjana 1 or Diploma IV (D4) with a GPA of 2.8 (UK 2:2) to 3.0 (UK 2:1).

Successful completion of a Masters Degree supported with a completed research proposal and application form.

Prospective students require an IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score) or equivalent. Please note that some courses require a higher score.
If you do not meet the above English language requirements, you may be eligible for entry onto a Pre Sessional English and Academic Study Skills (PEASS) course.

Each year, we are delighted to award a number of scholarships to academically gifted students from across Indonesia. Depending on your academic ability and intended programme of study, there are a range of scholarships which may be available.
For 2018/19, the following scholarships are available to suitably qualified students from Indonesia:
-£2,000 Undergraduate Scholarships available to students enrolling onto the first year of an undergraduate degree*
-£1,000 Scholarships available to students entering onto an undergraduate final year ‘top up’ programme (e.g. year 3 entry)*
-£2,000 Global Merit Scholarships available to students enrolling onto a postgraduate (taught or masters by research) programme with a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent)*
*This is an automatic scholarship which will be awarded to you if you meet the requirements.
