The University has been recognised as leading in the UK by the Quality Assurance Agency – the universities watchdog - for the way it works with students to maintain and improve a good quality experience.
We routinely collect and use student feedback at different levels including:
- Student Representatives and Students’ Union Officers who collect and represent students’ views
- Opportunities to provide immediate feedback at the end of every module
- University-wide surveys of how students are finding their course and facilities
- Regular student focus groups and workshops that help develop or re-design our courses and services.
We have a Student Engagement Team who are dedicated to working in partnership with students and supporting academics, service teams and managers to improve the quality of what they do by responding to student feedback.
