Our Virtual Classroom activities continue with another instalment of our 'Lincoln Live' guest talks and on Wednesday 27 May from 2pm, we will hear from the University's Dr Patricia Jackman, Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Lincoln.
Patricia’s online talk ‘Inside the Mind of an Athlete' will explore the psychology behind peak performance and optimal experiences in physical activity. Drawing on her research in sport and exercise psychology in recent years, this talk will focus on how athletes and exercisers think, feel, and behave when they are at their best and provide insights into how such experiences occur.
This talk will be streamed live via our Virtual Classroom Facebook page and Patricia will be able to answer any questions you have about her talk, research, or the University of Lincoln. Post your questions to Patricia in the comments section of the live stream during the talk, or send them in advance to the Virtual Classroom Facebook page.
