Annual Event for Teacher Development

Our annual National Teacher's Conference is open to all staff members from all Schools and Colleges across the UK.

Delegates hear from high profile speakers on current issues affecting the education sector, get in-depth information on the university application process and take part in information and guidance sessions and network with colleagues from other institutions.

Previous speakers have included former UCAS Chief Executive Mary Curnock Cook and Poet Laureate Dame Carol Ann Duffy.

The event is a one-day conference at the University of Lincoln’s Brayford Pool campus. Lunch and parking are provided.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Academic staff from the College of Science, the College of Social Science, the College of Arts and the Lincoln International Business School deliver subject specific CPD sessions at our annual National Teachers' Conference. These sessions are designed to be both informative and inspirational for teaching staff and advisors, and will showcase the variety of opportunities available at the University of Lincoln too.

Sessions delivered in the past include:
