We also work in partnership to bring to you the latest in thought leadership with for example the IOD (Institute of Directors), BP and Mission Excellence

LIBS Connect: Embracing Diversity in the Workplace

Thursday 8 March, 10am-3pm

The World Economic Forum's 2017 Global Gender Gap Report findings tell us that gender parity is over 200 years away, and as we know diversity and inclusion in the workplace is about far more than gender.  This third LIBS Connect event sponsored by the Lincolnshire Growth Hub,will explore diversity from different perspectives, and will introduce you to ways in which your organisation can give every individual the chance to achieve their potential, free from prejudice and discrimination so come and join us on International Women’s Day, to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of diversity in our organisations.  This event aims to be provocative, challenging and inspirational, and combines keynote talks from academia and industry, as well as a World Café discussion around the challenges you face and solutions you’ve tried around this theme.
