Course Dates: 10 June 2021 - half day AM
This course aims to develop a wider understanding of food allergens and control in the factory environment.
Understand why food allergen awareness and control is required, the importance of controlling food allergy risks and intolerances as well as how to provide food allergen information.
This half day course is delivered on site at The National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Holbeach and can also be delivered on business premises.
There is no assessment for this course but an NCFM attendance certificate will be issued.
