A. One-to-one;

A performance nutritionist will meet and advise clients on a regular basis. Each meeting will assess current diet, lifestyle and the demands of the client's particular sport. Included in this is a full anthropometric profile and body fat estimation if desired. Advice is generated and tailored around these 'tell-tale' signs which indicate current nutritional status.

B. Group education;

A nutritionist is available for workshop bookings which supply generate nutritional education material to large groups (sports clubs, county/district teams, professional bodies, coaches etc.). Key themes are 'practical sports nutrition' and how to 'eatwell' for performance.

Bookings can be made on a ad-hoc basis or a regular weekly/monthly arrangement.

All consultancy advice is given by a Registered Nutritionist by the Nutrition Society - to ensure quality standards and professional delivery.
