Top undercover journalist to give lecture in Lincoln
Tessa Mayes Tessa Mayes, whose credits include BBC 'Panorama', ITV, Channel 4, Sky, CNN, The Spectator, The Guardian, The Times and Cosmopolitan, will give a talk on celebrities and privacy at the University of Lincoln on Monday.

Mayes is an investigative reporter and filmmaker and campaigns on freedom of speech. She has worked undercover on ground-breaking stories involving drug cartels, illegal immigrants and celebrity Scientologists.

The event, which is part of the School of Journalism’s “Journalists speak out on journalism” lecture series, is free and open to the public.

Her talk, entitled “The Transparency Wars: celebrity culture and privacy”, will begin at 6.15pm in the Cargill Lecture Theatre on the University’s Brayford Campus.
