Ting Tings set to sing sing at the Engine Shed

 

 

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 4 July for Salford pop act The Ting Tingsí triumphant return to Lincoln as part of their upcoming autumn tour.

 

After being one of the most talked about bands on last yearís NME Awards Tour, which included the University of Lincolnís Engine Shed, the duo are set to return to the venue on Monday 29 September.

 

The indie-pop band consists of Jules De Martino and Katie White and formed in 2006. May was a good month for the pair as both the single Thatís not my name and debut album We started nothing reached the top of the UK chart.

 

Tickets are expected to sell out fast after an amazing year for the band, including two appearances at Glastonbury and three UK top 40 singles. Also, the track Shut up and let me go appeared on adverts for the iPod and TV series Gossip Girl.
