A new book by a Lincoln academic which reveals the secrets of high-performing business people is to be launched this week.

‘Winning Companies: Winning People, the differing approaches of winners and losers’ is the title of Professor Colin Coulson-Thomas’s book which will be launched on Thursday 23rd November.

Over 4,000 organisations participated in the research programme behind the book. The programme examined how businesses behave, what high performers do differently and how average performers can adopt the winning ways of high performing superstars.

Coulson-Thomas is the Professor of Direction and Leadership at the University of Lincoln. He has helped over 100 companies improve corporate performance and he has spoken at over 200 national and international corporate events.

Professor Coulson-Thomas said: “The book is good news for people and organisations who would like to raise their game. Identified winning ways can be quickly adopted. Participants in the research programme boosted performance by embracing and adopting winning approaches”.

The book is available from Kingsham Press, to order telephone 01243779378 or visit www.cotoco.com
