The Charlatans will take to the Engine Shed’s stage to continue their ‘Forever - The Singles’ tour on Tuesday 28th November.


The performance will include the band’s first single ‘Indian Rope’ and their latest hit ‘You’re so pretty, we’re so pretty’.


The Charlatans formed in 1989, originating from Manchester and are now one of the UK’s best known indie bands.


‘Forever - The Singles’ is the band’s latest album which was released on the 6th November this year.


The Charlatans are among many well known bands lined up to perform at the Engine Shed. BabyShambles, The Damned and Dirty Pretty Things are all set to play over the next month.


A spokesperson for the university said: “It is exciting that a band as well known as The Charlatans will be coming to Lincoln and performing in our student union. The Engine Shed is really raising the profile of both the university and Lincoln itself”.


The concert starts at 7.00pm at the Engine Shed, Brayford Campus.
