STUDENTS’ DEGREE ARTWORK ON DISPLAY

 

Final-year art, design and architecture students at the University of Lincoln will be showing off the fruits of their labours at a series of degree shows from this week.

 

Students about to graduate in Illustration, Graphic Design, Fashion, Interactive and Screen-Based Graphics, Advertising Art Direction, Contemporary Lens Media, Conservation and Restoration, Contemporary Decorative Crafts and Furniture will be displaying their work for the general public to view.

All exhibitions are open from 10am until 4pm except the Fine Art display on 4th June, which will be open from 10am until 3pm.

 

One of the attractions at the Conservation and Restoration degree show entitled ‘Ruin and Remedy’ will be a life-size hand-carved wooden Popeye figure around 50 years old which was retrieved from a fairground ride storage site in Devon.
