The University of Lincoln has appointed a new Director of Learning and Information Services.
Adrian Wheal has been given the new role, which brings together the Best Practice Office, Computing Services and Learning Resources into one directorate.
The aim of the change is to ensure that support for teaching and learning in the university is responsive to changing student and staff needs.
Mr Wheal, who was formerly Director of Computing Services at the university, takes over the new position from Professor Margaret Evans, who has held the post for the past two years.
Also newly appointed is Paul Walsh, Acting Clerk to the Board of Governors, whose position has been made permanent.
