The tables will be turned on four senior county journalists next week when university students and members of the public will fire questions at them in a forum at the University of Lincoln.


The latest event in the lecture series ‘Journalists Speak Out on Journalism’ will bring together senior broadcast and print journalists from around the county.


The speakers, who will discuss ‘The Duties and Dilemmas of Local Journalists’ before taking questions from the audience, will be:



The event will take place on Monday 20th October at 6pm in the Cargill Lecture Theatre at the university’s Brayford Pool campus.


Members of the public are welcome to attend and admission is free.


Other speakers in the series this semester include John Bird, Editor-in-Chief of The Big Issue; Philippa Kennedy, broadcaster and former Editor of Press Gazette; and Fuad Nahdi, Editor-in-Chief of the Muslim magazine Q-News.
