Fans of live music can catch local band The Raywells at the University of Lincoln Students’ Union next week.
The Raywells return to the Flyers Bar on Cottingham Road just a month after their successful appearance during Freshers’ Week.
The Hull-based foursome fuse raw guitar-driven hooks onto a solid backbone of bass and drums while frontman Pedgie has a unique vocal range and an undoubted talent for being the star of the show.
“The Raywells are definitely a band to keep an eye on as these lads have real talent, have appeared on many TV programmes and have won numerous talent shows,” said Lisa Jordan of the Hull-based University of Lincoln Students’ Union Co-operative.
The Raywells play at the Cottingham Road SU next Thursday (24th October). Doors open at 7.30pm and the ticket price is £3.
The gig is open to non-students and advance tickets are available from the SU bar and the SU office on campus.
