Over 100 visitors will be attending an open day at the University of Lincoln’s Hull City Centre campus this Saturday (5th October).
Travelling from all over the country – and some from other continents – the potential students will attend the day to discover more about the courses and the many other aspects of university life.
Art and Design, Social Work, Child Studies and Computing are just some of the course areas which will be showcased on the day.
The university’s George Street building will be open from 9.30am until 3.30pm with a welcome presentation at 10.00am and will offer visitors the opportunity to take departmental tours, obtain information and attend presentations on the various courses available.
Tours of accommodation will also be available as well as information regarding student finances, accommodation and student life. There is even a special session offering parental advice.
“The open day is for anyone wishing to find out more about the developments of the university, the courses we offer and our range of facilities,” said a university spokesperson. “Just call in to George Street and take a look.”
