STUDENTS TO GET A TASTE FOR BIOSCIENCE

Fingerprinting and e-fitting are just two of the interactive displays in which students will participate during a forensic, forestry and biology open day at the University of Lincoln next week.

Over 100 potential students have been invited to visit the Brayford campus between 10.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on Saturday 13th April, where they will have the opportunity to find out more about the biosciences.

Presentations and interactive displays for Applied Biology, Forensic Science, Forestry & Applied Biology and Sports Science will comprise part of the open day with tours of laboratories, accommodation, teaching and learning resources filling the remainder of the visit.

Gill Noakes, the university’s press assistant said: “The Biosciences Open Day is an ideal opportunity for students interested in the sciences to find out more about these specific degree areas and what each programme involves.”
