An open day at the University of Lincoln this Saturday will give prospective students and their families a chance to check out the facilities and courses on offer in Lincoln.
The event will take place at the Lincoln Brayford campus on Saturday 26th January and is aimed at giving visitors the opportunity to get a taste of university life with campus tours and advice on funding and accommodation as well as to talk to academics about their chosen subjects.
“We are anticipating as many as 500 visitors at the open day from across the country,” commented Karen Raynes, education liaison officer. “We will be holding several throughout the year and expect to see the number of visitors increase with the growing number of applications to the University of Lincoln.”
The open day is to be held from 10am to 3pm and is aimed at students interested in the following courses:
Advertising Human Resource Management
Animal Science International Business
Applied Biology International Relations
Business Studies International Tourism
Complementary Medicine Journalism
European Tourism Marketing
English Media Production
European Business Medical Bioscience
Forensic Science Public Relations
Forestry (with Applied Biology) Social Policy
Health Studies Tourism
