LAW COURSE LED TO WEDDING BELLS

A young couple who met while studying at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside are to tie the knot three weeks after graduating at Lincoln Cathedral.

The double celebration will mark the end of the three years of hard work for David Sinclair and his bride-to-be Rebecca Rees, for whom romance blossomed despite they fact that they followed different degree courses at the Lincoln campus.

David (23), of Street in Somerset, studied Law while Rebecca (21), of Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire, studied Management, so the pair will graduate at different ceremonies – but they’re determined to get together in cap and gown for a family photograph.

“We met through a friend in our second year,” said David, who plans to continue studying law at Exeter University after he graduates. “We got engaged after six months and we’re getting married on 4th August in Denbigh in Clwyd – so I’ll leave the university with happy memories!”

David will graduate with an LLB (Hons) in Law at 11.30am on Tuesday 17th July at Lincoln Cathedral. Rebecca will receive her BA (Hons) in Management at the same venue at 11.30am on Wednesday 18th July.
