Around 1,250 students will graduate at three ceremonies on 26th and 27th July as follows:

The ceremonies mark the achievements of the university’s final-year degree and postgraduate students who have been studying in Hull.

They will also give the university the opportunity to honour some well known and respected local and national figures. Among those who will be receiving honorary doctorates from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside will be Bishop James Jones, Bishop of Liverpool (26th July, afternoon), and Jonathan Elvidge, founder of The Gadget Shop (27th July).

Dr J H ‘Harry’ Hooper, who retired as Chancellor of the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside last summer, will receive a Fellowship from the university at the ceremony on 27th July.
