Another open day at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside this weekend will give prospective students and their families a chance to check out the facilities and courses on offer in Lincoln.
The open day begins at 10.30am on Saturday (12th May) with a welcome to be given by Dr Jim Whittingham, a Pro Vice Chancellor at ULH. Those who are unable to arrive in time for the first talk can attend a second welcome at 12.30pm.
Current students and academics will be available throughout the day to talk about the degree programmes taught at Lincoln, which range from Food Studies and Forensic Science to Law, History, Politics and English.
Tours of the campus, which will take in the student village, the learning resource centre and the new sports centre, will be available throughout the day. Science students will also get the chance to tour the £5 million laboratories facility which opened on campus last year.
Expert speakers will discuss student finance, accommodation and getting back into education, and academics from all subjects will be available to discuss courses on a one-to-one basis.
